As a Technical Systems Engineer, you will provide operational support for Cisco Webex Calling, Messaging, Meetings, and Video Collaboration devices globally.
You'll be a key member of the Meeting, Messaging and Advanced Cisco Experience within Cisco’s IT Workforce Collaboration organization.

Must-have
Technical escalation point for collaboration services
Global enterprise projects for collaboration technology
Deployment, configuration, and management of Webex devices
Troubleshooting Webex applications and network components
On-call rotation for 24x7 Tier 2/3 coverage
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux console commands
Nice-to-have
Customer-obsessed and passionate about experience
Skilled at solving complex problems
Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environment
Strong communicator to technical and non-technical audiences
Lifelong learner excited about emerging technologies
Key Requirements
3-5 years of IT experience supporting collaboration environments
Supporting Cisco Webex Meetings, Messaging, Control Hub, and Video Devices
Understanding of collaboration back-end systems
Strong troubleshooting skills across collaboration platforms
Experience with enterprise ticketing systems and Agile tools
