You will manage preventative and corrective maintenance databases to efficiently handle work order and ticket requests while providing supervision during ad-hoc works to ensure high-quality workmanship.
This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by coordinating day-to-day operations of all facilities management engineering related services, serving as liaison between property owners, building management, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
