• Responsible for monitoring crowd movement onto the escalators.
• Your purpose is to greet guests as they board the escalators, monitor the flow of patrons to avoid overcrowding, and ensure guests do not walk up or down escalators that have shut down due to mechanical or emergency issues.
• You are on the “front line” and will experience the excitement and energy of the event.
