Integer is seeking a Lean Enterprise Facilitator to enhance manufacturing excellence through the implementation of its production system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in continuous improvement methodologies and possess leadership skills to mentor and coach at all levels of the organization

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to assist manufacturing facilities in their pursuit of Manufacturing Excellence through the implementation of the Integer Production System.
  • Employees are immediately eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions and receive 80 hours of company designated holidays per year.
  • The role requires teaching lean concepts, Gemba management, and problem-solving techniques while promoting a culture of sustained improvement across the organization.
