Job Summary

• The National HSE Manager will provide professional support to the projects/engineering side of the business with a good understanding of CDM2015, inspections, and collating comprehensive reports for the leadership team.
• The role involves driving improvements and best practice in safety, health, and environmental issues, including delivering bespoke training and looking at behavioral safety to influence a change in culture.
• Responsibilities include carrying out site safety audits, monitoring training completion, providing expertise to business unit teams, and collaborating on sustainability and safety plans.

• Member of IOSH or equivalent
• NEBOSH General or Construction certification
• IEMA qualifications in Environmental management
• Engineering/project background
• Accident/Incident investigation trained
• Good knowledge of key H&S legislation
• Clean driving license
• Internal Auditing of ISO 9001,14001 & 45001
