Job Summary
Monitor the incoming wire queue and process outgoing wire requests within the established SLA per the client’s approved product parameters described in the Credit Approval.
Evaluate required documents, approve initial and subsequent draw requests, and sweep funds to the client’s operating account; monitor reports to ensure the client does not exceed the construction sub-limit.
Generate monthly invoices, bill clients, and sweep payments from clients’ accounts; produce a monthly Board Reporting package shared with the Bank’s Board of Directors.
