Job Summary

• The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• You will be responsible for preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician and ensuring that narcotic records are accurate for your shift.
• This role requires participation in developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling in-service training classes to ensure a well-educated nursing service department.
