Salary

Base: $83,112.12 - $124,675.20; Bonus/Equity: Up to $12,000 sign-on bonus (eligibility restrictions apply); Benefits: Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, PTO, Retirement contribution and match, Tuition Reimbursement, EAP

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required
  • Three years Medical/Surgical Nursing experience
  • Two years home care nursing experience
  • Two to three years office management experience
  • Valid Maryland RN licensure
  • Active American Heart Association BLS certification
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Delegate RN with MBON within 60 days
