The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field, with at least one year of supervised experience in a healthcare environment

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible in assisting in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility’s social service programs in accordance with current existing federal, state, and local standards.
  • Assist residents in achieving the highest practicable level of self care, independence and well being.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
