Employees must strictly adhere to policies regarding the confidentiality of protected health information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized access attempts.
The role requires assisting residents with all aspects of daily living including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while observing for skin breakdowns and reporting injuries.
