The Regional Sales Director is responsible for overseeing and managing sales performance within a designated region, coaching and inspiring local leadership to achieve targeted sales occupancy and revenue goals.
Key duties include developing sales strategies, setting goals, monitoring performance, coaching sales leaders, conducting site visits, and providing training and development opportunities.
