As a Machining Team Lead at Caterpillar, you will oversee the efficient operation of all machining cells and be responsible for meeting performance metrics as they pertain to safety, quality, velocity and cost.
You will coordinate, oversee, and monitor activities in fabrications, be the first point of contact for questions related to employee job functions, and provide input on schedule/build adjustments.
This is a Varied schedule hourly position with no relocation benefits, with entry pay starting at $27.95/per hour plus an 8% night shift premium when working 2nd or 3rd shift.
