Job Summary

  • As a Control Testing Specialist, you will build relationships with key business partners and will be responsible for executing the annual testing plan which includes planning, scoping, and conducting full scope and targeted testing of key regulatory and operational controls in accordance with enterprise and federal requirements.
  • You will conduct process walkthroughs in order to assess the design effectiveness of key controls, identify potential control weaknesses and root causes and impacts of deficiencies, and propose appropriate corrective action for any issues identified.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in finance or other business-related discipline
  • Experience in lieu of education accepted
  • Experience in commercial banking or related field
  • Relevant audit, risk and/or compliance certifications (i.e. CIA, CPA, CRCM) are an asset
