Leverage deep expertise in Splunk and familiarity with related tools such as Cribl, Grafana, and Elastic to ensure seamless integration into customer environments.
Collaborate with product management and engineering to share customer feedback, address solution gaps, and influence the Lumi roadmap to improve product-market fit.

Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms
