  • The Strategy & Planning, Vice President is responsible for managing operational initiatives from initiation to implementation for the line of business to include process improvement initiatives, service or efficiency initiatives, new product or system introductions, and other duties as assigned.
  • Responsibilities include planning/leading/managing multiple business unit operational initiatives, articulating complex needs, and partnering with business unit managers to identify and recommend process improvements.
  • The typical base pay range for this role is between $110K - $150K, and the role may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits package.

Key Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years’ experience in domestic banking
  • Project Management and Six Sigma training/certifications preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading complex change initiatives
