Key Requirements

  • 1+ year call center or customer service experience
  • High School Grad or Equiv
  • Computer Proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technological aptitude for multiple programs
  • Ability to articulate the mission of AH and the CxC
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills
  • Desire to continuously learn
  • Ability to listen and document simultaneously
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions
