Job Summary

• Blackstone is seeking a Global Advertising and Paid Media Manager to lead the planning and execution of our global advertising and paid media programs.
• This role supports initiatives across the U.S., Japan, and other international markets, requiring strong cross market coordination, media fluency, and comfort working across time zones.
• The Global Advertising and Paid Media Manager will partner closely with marketing leadership, digital teams and external agencies to translate campaign strategy and media plans into integrated, executable programs.

Base: $105,000 - $175,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonuses, equity and other incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan
