Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex clients, managing communications with client HRs and ensuring client retention and revenue growth.
Provide appropriate advice and recommendations on insurance and flexible benefits programs by understanding clients' guiding principles, business profile, risk exposures, and requirements.
