3+ years experience in VMS administration (Analyst)
1+ year experience in VMS administration (Jr Analyst)
Understanding of VMS functionality, integration and configuration
Experience using VMS platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred
Experience using case management system (ServiceNow) preferred
Fluency in English (written and spoken or intermediate)
