Job Summary

  • Responsible for maintaining on-the-floor manufacturing activities while ensuring that they are performed in a safe manner and in accordance with EHS policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor welding team members using a hands-on approach to ensure the team members are able to learn the techniques required to troubleshoot.
  • Identify non-value added waste within the manufacturing process and recommend cost effective solutions to eliminate waste.

Key Requirements
