Job Summary

  • Lead and execute growth strategies across the hypersonics portfolio, identifying, shaping, and capturing new business opportunities aligned to customer mission needs.
  • Establish and maintain senior-level customer relationships across DoD Services, OSD, DARPA, MDA, AFRL, ONR, SDA, DOE, and other relevant organizations.
  • Partner with technical and program leadership to align internal capabilities, IRAD investments, and solution architectures to emerging requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Aerospace, or related technical discipline
  • Minimum 15 years supporting DoD, DOE, or national security programs
  • Minimum 8 years in growth, capture management, or business development
  • Demonstrated understanding of hypersonics technologies
  • Proven experience leading capture efforts
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
