Job Summary

  • The purpose of the Field Scientific Director position is to develop the TA specific strategy and tactical plan for engagement with the scientific community and to oversee the effective and efficient operation of the entire MSL organization, while ensuring that the MSL employee engage in substantive scientific exchange.
  • Main Responsibilities include leading and implementing TA specific MSL Strategy Development, supporting resource planning for the MSL field force, and ensuring appropriate MSL annual planning, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are utilized.
