  • Assist the F&B Director and Assistant in administrative tasks including reservation management, correspondence, menu design, and meeting organization.
  • Ensure the quality of secretarial work, manage the F&B service's administrative aspects, and handle the F&B Director's agenda and meetings.
  • Sell services, take client reservations daily and during festive periods, and participate in organizing internal meetings and events.
