Job Summary

  • Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Sales Training Manager- Shockwave Medical - to join our team, with the position being FULLY REMOTE and can sit anywhere in the US.
  • The Sales Training Manager is responsible to develop and execute training/education programs for field-based, customer-facing employees, managing learning objectives, curriculum, and training content for SWAV product lines.
  • This role will partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to create/revise and execute new hire and ongoing training programs, including developing and maintaining competency assessments and certification programs.
