  • The Global Education Launch Specialist is responsible for identifying and uncovering new CRM training needs from various stakeholders and driving the implementation of standardized education programs into each geography across the global.
  • Leveraging a passion for training, the individual will deploy adult learning techniques and instructional design principles to develop a comprehensive and blended training curriculum that includes instructor-led training, digital learning modalities, and hands-on/simulation opportunities.
