Job Summary

  • As the Field Operations Manager (Onsite), you will lead Inventory and Warehouse teams to drive sales, operating income, cash flow and asset management in support of the branch’s P&L objectives.
  • Ensure on-time, complete and accurate delivery of products to customers while driving improvements to processes.
  • Managerial duties include but are not limited to: partnering with Human Resources, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, employee engagement, represent branch at quarterly regional operations meetings and annual national operations meeting.
