Base: $87,633.00 - $128,688.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: 401K match, AEP Pension, comprehensive health coverage

5+ years product owner experience
Microsoft Power Platform proficiency
Regulatory business understanding
Cross-functional team leadership

Willingness to learn electric utility regulation
Experience with Workiva or ARCS UI Solutions
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business or related field
