Key Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of project management experience
• infrastructure, marine, or waterfront construction projects
• Experience managing structural rehabilitation, coastal, or waterfront improvements
• Strong knowledge of construction management practices
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Prior experience working with NYCEDC or similar public-sector agencies
