Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Assist the Director of Nursing in directing nursing services, developing policies, and participating in facility surveys and quality assurance programs.
Provide direct nursing care, manage staff assignments, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and participate in staff development and continuing education.
