** SentryWorld is seeking a Banquet Captain to assist in organizing and executing banquet functions while ensuring outstanding service for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning and leadership, with strong communication and organizational skills. **

Job Summary

  • Partner with the Conference Services Managers & Banquet Manager to ensure the successful execution of events and act as a team leader in event set-up/take down, food and beverage service, and as a co-leader in the front-of-house event operations.
  • Oversee food and beverage service to ensure quality, consistency and that SentryWorld service standards are met and exceeded, collaborating with Event Coordinators and Executive Event Chef on menu details, food preparation and event set up.
