Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant, you will participate in the implementation of strategically important projects in cooperation with Latvian public administration institutions, municipalities, state-owned companies, and European Union institutions.
You will conduct information research, data analysis, and visualization, as well as interviews, surveys, process mapping, and co-creation workshops.
You will gain opportunities to work on projects strategically important for Latvia in cooperation with international institutions, and receive an individually created development plan and an experienced mentor.

Salary
Base: EUR 1900-2500 (gross) monthly; Bonus/Equity: Bonus program; Benefits: Additional annual leave days, absence days for life events, attractive benefits package after probation (health insurance, 3rd pension level, budget for food/sports)
