Job Summary

• Promote consistency in training program delivery and execution to enable a premium customer experience, support operational excellence, and help adidas achieve or exceed business and people objectives.
• Create a monthly training calendar with Store Management and local training team, plan and coordinate all learning activities for new and existing team members, and act as the point of contact for digital learning platforms.
• Demonstrate the impact of learning initiatives with adidas's learning analytics tools, identify store learner outcomes for recognition and/or action planning, and inform store leadership on learning progress and completion rates.
