Job Summary

  • The contract support position is a critical and challenging role that supports facility management through the utilisation of CAFM software, data management, and administrative support to optimise building performance and enhance occupant experience.
  • Responsibilities include scheduling Planned Preventive Maintenance and reactive tasks, raising purchase orders and quotes, updating trackers, managing the CAFM system to ensure jobs are completed within SLA’s, and generating reports for monthly management reporting.
