TISUR is seeking a full-time Operations Engineer for its Matarani, Arequipa location. The role focuses on analyzing, designing, and implementing operational improvements at the port to enhance productivity and reduce costs through data analysis and business intelligence tools

Job Summary

  • Analyze, design, and implement improvements in port operational processes using engineering tools, data analysis, and Business Intelligence to increase productivity, reduce operational costs, optimize resources, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain control dashboards (KPIs and dashboards) for monitoring operational efficiency, elaborate technical scopes for new services and operational projects, and evaluate operational capabilities and necessary resources for new services.
