Job Summary
Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Responsible for setup, operation, and monitoring of hemodialysis treatments, including patient evaluation, vascular access management, and documentation of treatment parameters.
Supports infection control practices, participates in continuous quality improvement activities, and assists in patient education and transitional care to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
