Key Requirements

  • Associate degree in power plant or related technology or equivalent experience
  • Successful completion of Power Plant Maintenance Selection System (MASS)
  • Appropriate State driver's license
  • Relevant mechanical maintenance job experience
  • Ability to pass Oklahoma State Welders Test within nine months if certified welder
  • High school diploma with related work or military experience alternatives
