Must-have

5+ years industry experience in surface chemistry
Deep expertise in polymer chemistry and biomolecule interactions
Strong understanding of cell adhesion and extracellular matrix
Hands-on laboratory experimentation and troubleshooting skills

Experience with microfluidics or lab-on-chip devices
Background in NGS, genomics, or multiomics platforms
Familiarity with manufacturing constraints and scale-up
Proven publication and patent contribution record
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
