Base: $120,000 - $140,000; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: Comprehensive package including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k)

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
5+ years QA/Process Engineering experience
FDA/EPA regulated environment expertise
2+ years validation and FMEA methodologies
ISO 9001/13485 standards knowledge
cGMPs and CFR requirements proficiency
Nice-to-have
Experience with contamination control
Cleanroom operations background
Environmental monitoring skills
Microbiology preferred experience
Prior leadership experience preferred
Lean principles and Six Sigma skills
