Job Summary
The Assistant Manager of Operations is responsible for supervising both the Conversion Leads and part-time Conversions Crew, training and instructing up to 20 part-time Conversions employees and 20 subcontractors in performing the day-to-day set-up and break-down of the facility.
This role will also assist with day-to-day repair, maintenance, and cleanliness of the facility, assist in monitoring expenses associated with conversion, as well as make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
