Job Summary

  • Play an integral part in growing Penumbra in Latin America by supporting the Director of International Sales in developing downstream strategy and execution initiatives across multiple regions.
  • This role will be 100% focused on fieldwork, ensuring that Penumbra’s technologies are effectively introduced, demonstrated, and adopted by healthcare professionals through our distributor network.
  • Select, manage, train, and develop staff, establishing objectives and assignments and providing ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans.
