Job Summary
Play an integral part in growing Penumbra in Latin America by supporting the Director of International Sales in developing downstream strategy and execution initiatives across multiple regions.
This role will be 100% focused on fieldwork, ensuring that Penumbra’s technologies are effectively introduced, demonstrated, and adopted by healthcare professionals through our distributor network.
Select, manage, train, and develop staff, establishing objectives and assignments and providing ongoing feedback through performance reviews and development plans.
