Key Requirements
7+ years of proposal and marketing experience in the AEC industry
Demonstrated ability to develop proposal outlines, schedules, and task assignments
Track record of successfully producing and managing deadline-driven proposals
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with local agencies (SCA, DASNY, MTA, DDC, etc.) and their RFP processes
