The OR Assistant is an integral part of the Surgical Team providing an optimal environment for surgical patients at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital.
Responsibilities include assisting the surgical team pre-, intra, and post-operatively while ensuring efficient room turnover and proper cleaning of OR suites.
The role requires adherence to safety standards, proper body mechanics for patient transfers, and participation in ongoing in-services to demonstrate competencies.
