Job Summary
You’ll lead the day-to-day operations of one of our vital outreach services supporting people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness, and those experiencing severe cost-of-living hardship across NSW.
You’ll coordinate a passionate volunteer workforce, ensure our vans are running safely and efficiently, and build meaningful relationships across the community, from corporate partners to grassroots groups.

Key Requirements
Experience in community services, volunteer coordination, operations or administration
Proven ability to lead and engage volunteers or teams
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable using digital tools and systems
Understanding of issues impacting people experiencing homelessness
Knowledge of WHS and food handling requirements
Current unrestricted driver’s licence and confidence driving a van or small truck
