Key Requirements

  • Bachelor or above degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or other related majors
  • Experience in customer service within the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge on healthcare products
  • Excellent English reading and writing skills
  • Willing to take responsibility and travel
  • Must have a driving license and own vehicle
  • Take turns with the team to be responsible for off-hours on-call duty
