Ensures all Associates understand and use safe work practices and monitors inventory movements in the facility frequently throughout the day.
Evaluates staffing needs to meet daily demand and reassigns Associates to new positions according to available resources and skill sets.
Works with Operations Supervisors to set associates up for success and achieves or exceed key performance indicators, safety, performance and budget targets.
