  • The Global Talent Acquisition Lead plays a critical role in executing Takeda’s global hiring strategy in support of the Global Capability Model.
  • This leader will partner closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver against aggressive hiring plans while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
