The role includes administrative, charting, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety, sanitation, equipment, and care plan assessment functions.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all facility policies, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
