Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medical preparations while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
Perform lifting and moving up to 25 pounds
Document care entries accurately in PCC system
Follow infection control and blood exposure protocols

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
