The Pharmacology group at Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Pharmacology Research Scientist to focus on developing and applying primary tissue assays for drug discovery, with an emphasis on ex vivo organ perfusion and nervous system models.
This role requires expertise in in vitro and in vivo assays to support the evaluation of novel therapeutic candidates and elucidation of biological mechanisms.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze and interpret experimental data, and stay current with advancements in pharmacology.

Base: $110,900 - $166,300; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus and equity awards; Benefits: Market-leading benefits including PTO, educational assistance, 401(k)
