The Director of Product & Engineering is responsible for framing and driving strategic Product and Engineering projects to support the growth of Private Brands.
This role leads category level New Product Development opportunities and effectively leverages the team to support Merchandising and Product development.
Key responsibilities include developing NPD category wide solutions, coaching and developing talent, overseeing Value Engineering Costing Models, and operationalizing strategies to increase Product and Engineering support.
